How long does it take?
Processing the book takes approximately 5 days. Our team has to verify that all the artwork and the pages are made correctly. We also have to verify that the text is correct with you and your partners names spelled correctly.
Shipping takes an additional 5 days on average.
On average you will receive your book within 10 days from the date of your purchase.
During HOLIDAY PERIODS (Xmas, Valentines Day, Father's Day, Mother's Day) it may take an additional 4-5 days due to high volumes of orders.
Is the book a Hardcover or Soft?
The book is a hardcover book with approximately 20 pages of artwork + additional blank pages for you to write personalized notes.
What is SKIP THE LINE?
Skipping the line means that you will be in the front of the queue to get your artwork and book processed. On average, those that SKIP THE LINE receive their orders 5 days before standard orders.
What is Shipping Insurance?
This is an additional option that is offered at an additional cost which varies between $3.99-$7.99.
What is covered:

Lost in Transit: Due to carrier delays we consider lost in transit after 12 business days of no tracking update on the Website.

Delivered, Not Received: This is in the ase your order shows it was; however, you did not receive it. (We ONLY approve this coverage after opening an investigation with the carrier and results in the carriers fault ex: delivered to the wrong address)

I do not like my animations on the book and want to make changes?
If you've already ordered and received your book and you're not happy with it, we will work with you to replace your book. Since we require you to verify your avatars before you purchase, we would ask you to pay 50% of the book price for a replacement with different avatars.

Do you ship orders to the UK & EU? If so, how will orders be shipped?
Yes, we ship to the UK & EU. To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under £135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and Under.
